Regeneration for Changemakers

My vision is a world where people actively engage with the climate and ecological crisis from a place of strength, trust and resilience, rather than exhaustion, despair or burnout.Therefore, my mission is to support changemakers with the human dimension of sustainability through cultivating mindfulness-based regenerative practices that help to prevent mission fatigue & burnout and rather enable sustained engagement and positive impact also in the long run.I have designed the program Regeneration for Changemakers to help cultivate the inner resources needed to stay engaged, grounded and hopeful while addressing the climate and ecological challenges.You will find events such as guided nature walks, Deep Time Walks and meditative grounding exercises on Eventbrite.
