About This Course:
The Digital Imaging with Adobe Photoshop evening course provides a comprehensive basic knowledge of the industries most flexible photo editing and manipulation software.
During the Adobe Photoshop short course, you will create collages, incorporate typography into images and discover how Photoshop can be used in conjunction with other industry standard packages such as Illustration and In-Design.
Throughout the short course you will be shown shortcuts and tips, which will aid workflow using the programme.
Supported documentation and learning assets will be supplied.
You don’t need any formal qualifications or experience for this course but should have some computer skills.
What You Need:
You will need to own your own laptop with a version of Photoshop installed, trial versions can be download for free.
You will be trained in a spacious private room based on the top floor of iCafe in the heart of Glasgow in Merchant City. Local transport links include buchanan street subway and Queen street train station being only 5 mins walk, parking is readerly available out front.

12 years a creative consultant & graphic designer - Brand strategist & project manager, Simon King is a multi faceted communicator & digital warrior - 10 years lecturing experience in Graphic & Web design on Foundation and degree courses both at UCA, UAL & Napier Universities.
Additional Adobe software is also supported to an advanced level;
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Dreamweaver, Animate, Muse, Captivate, HTML / CSS and Final Cut Pro. He has taught for training companies such as Academy Class, iTrain Scotland, Pitman Training and Xchange training Glasgow.
Delivering inclusive student learning experiences to a wide range of multi-disciplinary courses, educational levels, ages, diverse cultures and careering for those with learning and language difficulties is of second nature.
Simon King endeavors to not only plan for exciting and innovative course material, but to make it relevant to the individuals attending the course.
