Launch of the Untapped Potential report
We would be delighted if you could join us at an exclusive luncheon to launch the Women in Enterprise: The Untapped Potential report that explores the specific challenges faced by women-led businesses and makes recommendations for improving support, developing mentoring networks, and increasing the diversity of business ambassadors.
Only £10 per person – this is an event not to be missed – open to both men and women business leaders.
On Wednesday 7 September 2016 at 12pm for networking followed by an exquisite vegetarian Indian buffet lunch and some fantastic speakers, finishing at 3pm.
The event is being held at the spectacular Gurdwara Sahib on Tachbrook Park Drive, Warwick, CV34 6RH. Free available is parking on site.
Hosted by Sarah Windrum a successful Leamington entrepreneur and director at The Emerald Group. Sarah is an FSB member who has recently been appointed to the board of the CW Local Enterprise Partnership (CWLEP) to represent the Technology sector. Listen to Sarah’s story.
There will be a number of excellent guest’s speakers including, Helen Walbey – successful business woman, owner of Recycle Scooters and FSB Diversity Policy Chair. Helen was appointed chair of Diversity policy unit in January 2016, she strongly believes that no-one should be prevented from succeeding in businesses as a result of their gender, race, sexuality or disability. Helen will explore the findings in the FSB report and how women could be better supported to start and grow their businesses, and also outline FSB’s work nationally including the joint campaign with Facebook.
