With significant redundancies, abundant hiring freezes and huge competition for vacancies in the job market, it’s challenging to stand out from the crowd.

The manner in which you communicate and how you convey yourself throughout the hiring process play a huge role in whether or not you get a job offer. The skills you’ll gain from my coaching aren’t taught at school or university, yet without them you risk losing out on the job that you could be a great fit for!

Why should you get coached by me?

I’m great at job interviews. I consistently get picked over other applicants with significantly more experience and qualifications than me, I demand and receive higher salaries than “my competition” and I get to choose from multiple job offers.

On the flip side, I’ve previously chosen the wrong roles for me and I’ve struggled to decide between multiple offers. Our jobs play such a big role in our lives so it’s imperative to choose wisely. The interview process goes both ways; you and potential employers are both vetting each other! Learn from my previous mistakes and current successes, to effectively evaluate a company’s culture, their management, their vision, the progression opportunities and the job role itself.

My background

I’m an enterprise sales person in the software industry selling to the Directors and C-suite of FTSE 1,000 companies. I‘ve held numerous software sales roles over the last 5 years and I started out in recruitment, so I’m experienced in effectively communicating, persuading others, and understanding what hiring managers want.
