Building positive habits to achieve your ambitions and goals 1% at a time.

About this event

The theory of marginal gains, or 1% better, isn’t new. It’s often perceived as the practice of elite coaches and athletes at the top of their game. I’m not a profession sports or career coach (although I do love cycling), but I recently discovered the impact positive habits can have first-hand when I was made redundant in the midst of the COVID crisis. During an uncertain time I challenged myself to become the best possible version of ‘me’, so, when the right opportunity presented itself I was 100% ready for my next chapter. This session will look at what we can learn from the elite world of sport, but more importantly, how we can apply similar, simpler techniques to build positive habits to achieve our ambitions and goals, 1% at a time.
