Event description

Description

1 day Intensive Paediatric Blended Learning Course (requires 6 hrs pre-learning)

It remains a legal requirement for at least one person with a valid full 12-hour paediatric first aid certificate to be available at all times within a professional child care establishment. EMT First Aid Training offers this 12-hour course either as a two day course (see 2 day paediatric course details) or as a convenient 1 day blended learning option; 6 hours online pre-learning, followed by 6 hours in the classroom on this one day intensive course.

This course meets the requirements laid down by Ofsted, and EYFS. It will be of particular interest to teachers, childminders, nursery workers , crèche assistants, playgroup personnel and anyone else who has a responsibility for their welfare whilst in your care.

This course can be taught as a Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF)

Duration: This course covers at least 6 hours of practical training and is usually run over 1 day. The candidate will also be expected to access the online materials provided after booking on the course.

Prices depend on the certificate option, either a standard certificate of a RQF certificate. The training is always the same regardless of the certificate you choose. Both certificate options include a First Aid training pack.
