Join us at Ellenborough Park for a relaxing day, centered around

Empowering Your Soul with Goddess Tara.

We will help you discover the Goddess Tara Sisters. Ensuring you put yourself first, and take time for you - empowing you to be you.

Come and unwind, chill-out and sit back with Pasithea Yoga.

You will be greeted into the Old Chapel Room, with warming refreshments while you mingle with new friends.

Then we will move on to your relaxing day.

Yoga, Meditation, and then a healthy lunch. Followed by a stunning walk around the grounds and absorbing the stunning views. Then back for some more refreshments followed by discovering Goddess Tara and empwoering you to be you!

And finally we will end with Restorative yoga, followed by huddling around the fire pit, drinking hot drinks, wrapped in blankets under the stars!
