About this event

NB - This is an interactive masterclass and we try to recreate an interactive classroom environment, where the sessions are live via the zoom video conferencing platform and all delegates are expected to participate in the discussions. Feedback from other delegates have stated that the interaction and shared learning experience was one of the most valuable parts of the session.

Delivered by Guy Lewis, Managing Director of GLTV, and Director of CDI Alliance, this one-part, creative, and interactive masterclass will focus on the importance of understanding how to protect your business from cyber-attacks and security breaches. There are some very simple steps that can be taken to improve security and processes within the office environment.

10 examples of actions to improve security will be discussed.

This one-part masterclass will be interactive with discussion and participation encouraged to ensure that delegates get the most out of the sessions and have the opportunity, to raise questions and ideas about their own businesses.

The key content areas covered during the session are:

• Some very simple steps can be taken to change some of the manual processes to ensure a more secure and robust infrastructure.

• This is not just about changing processes but changing the IT users’ approach to their daily routines.
