In what is earmarked to be an engaging and lively session, Vanessa King, psychologist, author and Action for Happiness board member, will share the evidence on why happiness matters individually and collectively, both at home and in the workplace. Essentially, she will help us to explore actions we can take which science have shown can help to maintain and increase our happiness and wellbeing as well as build our resilience. We guarantee you will take away at least one thing you can do to make yourself happier.

Vanessa is the creator of the 10 Keys to Happier Living model, which has been used around the world in curricula and extracurricular activities to engage and inspire many people to take action for themselves.
