Join us on 27th June to learn how to cook your favourite tapas at Brindisa Hildreth Street (6-8pm).

Talented Catalan Chef, Leo will demo how to make 6 mouth-watering Andalusian dishes inspired by cookbook The True Food of Spain, by Monika Linton. Enjoy a welcome drink and then learn how to whip up some delicious easy-to-make recipes, eating as you go!


- Cherry Canape

- Moorish Style Presa Iberica (Iberico Pork Shoulder)

- Payoyo on Torta de Aceite with Black Olive Pate (Goat's Cheese with an Olive Oil Biscuit)

- Watermelon Gazpacho (Chilled Andalusian Soup)

- Remojon Andaluz (Salt Cod and Orange Salad)

- Strawberries with PX vinegar and chocolate


After the tasting you will also have a chance to shop the array of delicious cheese, charcuterie, olives, ingredients and other Spanish delights.
