This isn’t about being the fittest in the room—it’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and leaving stronger than you came. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, the workout is structured so everyone can take part at their own pace. Expect sweat, energy, and serious team vibes inside Undisputed FMA’s brand-new training space.

All you need to bring is your determination.

Do I need to be fit to join?

Nope! This session is all levels welcome. You can scale the exercises, take breaks, and move at your pace. What matters is completing the challenge.

What should I bring?

Water bottle Towel Comfortable gym clothes (Optional) A friend for accountability

Will there be coaches?

Yes – the session will be guided with demonstrations, motivation, and support throughout.

Is there parking?

There is paid on street parking and free 1.5 hour parking in Tesco which is a 15 minute walk away.
