1001 Critical Days - Implementation Review in Northamptonshire
Tue 25 April 2017, 09:00 – 14:00 BST
The first 1001 Critical Days - Northamptonshire Review and Plan Day, April 25th April 9am-2pm
Organised by Northamptonshire County Council and local early intervention charity NorPIP, this 1001 Critical Days event is a critical event in the calendar for all children and family services in Northamptonshire to review and plan the progress of the 1001 days manifesto - a critical manifesto that is focused on early intervention from conception to age two in families who are finding family life the most difficult, perhaps because of mental health issues, risk factors or other events surrounding their lives.
In January 2016, 30 different voluntary and statutory agencies including police, councils, and health signed up to a commitment to working together in the first 1001 days to enable families to get the help they need early,
We will, in this all-important event, reflect on the successes of the 1001 Critical Days and plan the work moving forward to make Northamptonshire the country's first integrated 1001 Critical Days County.
We live in unprecedented times with budgets diminishing year on year for childrens' services, there has never been a more important time than now to create a joint plan.
