Are you a neurodivergent professional navigating the complexities of the workplace? Whether you’re autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, or other neurodivergent traits, Thriving@Work is here to help you build confidence, enhance your skills, and ensure long-term success in your career.
What’s Thrive@Work All About?
We understand that the workplace can present unique challenges for neurodivergent individuals. Thriving@Work offers a supportive space where you can learn to navigate these challenges effectively.
Over 10 engaging group sessions, we’ll work together to build strategies that help you maintain confidence, develop workplace skills, and strengthen your ability to thrive without fear of job loss.
In addition to the group sessions, you’ll have access to two personalized one-to-one coaching sessions. Plus, for those who want to connect in person, we’re offering optional face-to-face workshops in central Nottingham.
Here’s What You’ll Get:
- Clarity about your strengths and how to use them
- Skills for navigating your role
- Strategies for managing communication with your colleagues and manager
- Confidence to show up more as yourself
- Connections with peers who understand your journey
Details You Need to Know:
When: Wednesday evening, 6-7.30pm (on Zoom)
Format: 10 x group sessions, 2 x one-to-one coaching sessions & optional in person workshops
Cost: £30 for the whole programme (Yes, it’s mainly funded by the National Lottery Community Fund!)

What's The Catch - Why Is It So Cheap?
