TOZI is an Italian restaurant in Gillingham Street Victoria specialising in “cicchetti” Italian tapas, with an all Italian wine list and cocktails including aged barrel negroni. The restaurant opened in 2013 and year after year it has established itself as one of the best Italian restaurants in London.

TOZI's Head Chef, Maurilio Molteni comes from Lake Como where he started his career as a Chef. After gaining experience in Switzerland, New York and Amsterdam, Maurilio came to London In 1999 and started working first for Harvey Nichols, then at The Neal St restaurant in Covent Garden as Head Chef for Antonio Carluccio.

In 2007, Maurilio joined Shoreditch House where he was in charge of all food operations for five years.

In 2013, Maurilio opened TOZI in Victoria for the Park Plaza group where he is now Head Chef.

Maurilio really cares about the quality of ingredients and only uses suppliers that provide him with best. His food is minimum fuss, but maximum flavour!

280g Carnaroli rice

1.5l Vegetable stock

100ml Extra virgin olive oil

1 Garlic clove

70ml White wine

1 bunch British asparagus (approx. 500gr)

150g Butter

200g Grated parmesan
