Meet Laura, Breathwork & Wellbeing Coach.

Laura knows what it’s like to push through stress, burnout, and even long covid—until her body said “enough.” Through breathwork, somatics, and slowing down, she learned to listen to her body, restore balance, and move from surviving to truly living.

Now, she helps women put themselves first, reconnect with their bodies, and create a more grounded, balanced life.
