Where is the event being held at The Adelphi?

You'll find us in the Empire Suite. Head up the stairs, across from the main entrance, and into the Atrium and the Empire Suite is off of the main area. Not sure? Just at reception or a member of staff.

What is a Psychic event?

This event allows the ticket holder entry to a night of connection to loved ones in spirit. In line with the The Fraudulent Mediums Act 1951 this event is advertised on an advertised basis only. Connection to loved ones in spirit and accuracy of information given may not be immediately apparent.

Are booking fees refundable?

**The ticket price includes all Eventbrite booking fees, are non-refundable as are. These fees taken at source by Eventbrite and the organiser are not able to refund or recover booking fee costs.

Yes, the Adelphi has a fully stocked bar of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Cash and Card Payments taken.

Yes, The Adelphi have a varied food menu and a lovely restaurant. Why not make an evening of it and book a table for an early evening meal before the event at 7pm? Book early to avoid disappointment.

Is a ticket refund available for this event?

*Tickets for this event are not refundable. However, dates can be changed subject to individual circumstances and in accordance with any further scheduled dates set by the organiser. Please contact the event organiser to discuss this.

Yes, we reserve the right to change the space within the venue stated. We will of course update guests of any changes made.

Has the event scheduled date changed?

Yes it has and we apologise for this change. This was due to a confusion when confirming dates. We have amended the date from 1st March to 22nd February.

No, we are informed that the Adelphi are now cashless - The hotel reception and Bars take all major debit or credit cards. IF you are looking to purchase from CheshireGifts we are able to take cash and card payments on the night.
