Leading at your best in challenging times
Leaders are facing challenges of unexpected events of an enormous scale and overwhelming speed, resulting in a high degree of uncertainty that gives rise to disorientation, a feeling of lost control, and strong emotional disturbance.
This 2 hour virtual workshop will give you significant insights into how you can continue to perform at your best and support the people you lead to perform, collaborate and persevere. The workshop will give you the opportunity to think about how to show up as the very best version of yourself – calm, confident, decisive, optimistic, and energetic. You will also identify the factors that you can create to support your employees and bring them from a place of threat to reward, enhancing their productivity and performance during these trying times.
By the end of the session you will have:

Deepened your self-awareness and practiced self-management
