Following feedback from participants our team of on-line tutors have introduced:-

Zoom for Hosting Group Meetings

The aim will be to cover the basics or organising and inviting members to meetings, meeting protocols, managing an agenda, and showing slides, ensuring fair participation, using the telephone joining option for those without internet and generally how to run virtual meetings successfully.

A detailed programme for the session will be sent to you once you have registered. You will receive an emailed invitation to join which you will click onto at the assigned date and time. You will join a team of up to 10 other U3A members and the tutor who will take you through all you need to know and organise very easy interactive steps so that you can gain confidence.
