Do I need to have any performance experience?

No, these sessions aren’t about becoming an actor. Some sessions will use exercises and techniques that we might use with actors but you do not need to have experience. It certainly isn’t an audition and you won't be judged!

Will I have to perform in front of an audience?

No, there may be moments of things that you create that you want to share with the group, but this will always be optional. Beyond Face have regular evenings called scratch nights which are chance to perform and try out ideas, you might get to a point where you want to perform, but the sessions are

Do I need to come to all of the workshops to join?

The workshops are designed for you to be able to attend one or all of them. These workshops were asked for by previous participants, and they shared with us that they would like these one of workshops so that it was more flexible with their diaries.
