Strathclyde Entrepreneurial Network is hosting a workshop on Digital Transformation, delivered by Alisdair Gunn, Director, Framewire®, on Wednesday 30th September, from 10.00am - 11.30am. More information on this session can be found below:

Defined by economic transitions, the rapid migration towards digital service delivery has led many leaders to re-adapt their approaches to business. Central is the adoption of design thinking to building, transitioning and scaling your service, channel and product delivery. Also known as Digital Transformation, this workshop covers the approaches and methodologies used to realise your business ambitions. Over the duration of the workshop, we will guide you through many of the key concepts including:

  • Market-Led Impact
  • Customer-Driven Innovation
  • Designing to address the Business Challenge
  • Transitioning your Service or Product through Digital Transformation

Our presenter is Alisdair Gunn who has international experience in the digital, data and technology sectors. Covering the latest market insights influencing digital service design, Alisdair will also cover the funding and support sources available to designing market driven innovation.
