Who is it for?
This session is suitable for anyone who wants to start a business and needs advice and guidance on what they will need to do. It is for pre-start-ups.
What does it cover?
We will help you consider the practical aspects of starting up, including the legal status of your business; raising finance; who you need to tell; intellectual property; and more.
We will advise you on researching your business idea to help you decide if it is viable, and offer advice on writing your business plan. We will also help you understand the City Business Library’s specialist information, including electronic and printed resources and relevant seminars.
How much will it cost me?
This session will cost you £20 per hour

Once you have registered your interest (below) a Business Librarian will be in contact within 2 working days to arrange a mutually convenient time for your appointment.
