Embrace your wild side - what to expect:
This event takes place outdoors, so be prepared to be outside in all weathers. If, however, the weather is extremely windy or heavy rain, there is a possibilty the event will be cancelled.
Where to meet
Please meet us in the discovery zone woodlands, which are a 10-15 minute walk from the visitor centre and car park. This is a drop in event, you can arrive anytime inbetween the event start and finish but we will close at 1:30pm promt.
What to bring/wear
Our events mostly take place outside so brace yourself for the Yorkshire weather! We'd recommend sturdy and waterproof footwear or wellies, and lots of layers! If it's a hot day, remember a hat and suncream!
Insect repellent and insect nets are highly recommended during the months of May-Sept.
Toilets and catering
Toilets available in the visitor centre only. The cafe will be open until 4pm.
Joining us on the day
Please sign in at the visitor centre where you will be met with the event leader.
