Join us as we explore the park as day turns to dusk and learn about what can be responsibly and sustainably foraged to make delicious drinks.

Discover more about Britain's hedge cocktail heritage exploring the meadow and orchard of Holywells Park. After the walk enjoy a range of seasonal hedge and orchard fruits drinks; including apples, quince, berries and fungi. As the light fades, you'll be able to enjoy a small sample of drinks whilst taking in the sounds of the park's nocturnal wildlife.
