What should I bring?

Dress for the weather and bring layers. You'll also need to bring your own seating (blankets, lawn chairs etc).

Can I bring children to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we even have family tickets! Children under 5 are free (but ticketed), and Juniors under 18 are only £10. We ask that children be minded at all times, and parents are advised to keep children from the river bank and our Licensed bar areas.

Question 3

What food options are available at the event?

Accepted Answer

The hotel will offer a Pre-Theatre menu from 3:30 to 5:30 on the event day (inclusive ticket options are available). Other options for outdoor food and drink will be announced closer to the event.

May I bring my own food to the event?

Accepted Answer

As this is a licensed premises, we kindly ask that guests do not bring their own food and drink.

What happens in the event of rain?

Accepted Answer

The Show Must Go On! The Fools will perform rain or shine, so theatregoers should come prepared for the weather.

Question 6

Are tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket is refundable up to 7 days before the event starts or if the event is cancelled. Eventbrite’s fees, however, are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or in the case of a duplicate charge (within 7 days of purchase). You may optionally request a refund if the event is rescheduled.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

While the main Hotel is wheelchair accessible, including accessible toilets, dining areas and a lift to room accommodation, the hotel's front lawn is a large grassy area and, therefore, depending on conditions, cannot be considered wheelchair friendly.
