Productivity Club Scotland is a forum for networking and peer-to-peer learning for businesses. We provide signposting to resources, and support our members to focus on continuous improvement and organisational capacity.

The aim of Productivity Talks is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss challenges and potential solutions, reflect on your own approach and understand the views of others. Our speakers will deliver short, to the point talks or case studies drawn from their own experience, which will be followed by discussion and time for questions.

Speaker profiles:

Kirstie is the Business Development and PR Manager, Robinsons Scotland.

Kirstie joined the Marketing team in 2018 following on from a career in International Marketing and PR for local companies SDL Hair and Curries Solutions.Kirstie’s role naturally developed along with the companies needs and opportunities. She is actively involved with the daily internal and external business development across all divisions of the business from main contracting to steelwork and agricultural to develop customer relations and opportunities for the business as well as overseeing the quality aspects of the public tender process.Community benefits plays a big part of her role working with groups such as the Princes Trust, Cash for Kids, Scottish Young Farmers and developing the apprenticeship and work experience opportunities for the local area.

Colin Lamb, Founder and Chief Explorer at Connect Three

Colin has always had a deep interest in people; how they think, act and feel. After studying at Art School and gaining years of experience of businesses all shapes and sizes he hatched the idea for Connect Three.

Shona Marshall, Client Development Director at Connect Three

Shona Marshall joined Connect Three in 2018 as an Associate and now also supports Colin and the Connect Three team in the role of Client Development Director. She now utilises her 20 years corporate experience and her genuine passion to make a difference to support individuals and business be the best they can be.
