About this event

The DT Hub’s first Smart Infrastructure Index results have been released and Sam Chorlton, DT Hub Chair will be looking at what this means for the DT Hub in a live interview with Tom Hughes, DT Hub Delivery Lead.

Date: 24th November, 2020

Time: 12 noon

The survey

Earlier this year in July, the DT Hub launched its first Smart Infrastructure (SI) Survey for asset owning members in the Hub. The survey is developed specifically for the built environment and infrastructure industry and provides a holistic view of an organisation’s digital maturity. The SI Index is also the standard measure of digital maturity in the UK built environment and is used as a benchmarking tool by the Infrastructure Client Group.

The DT Hub had the opportunity to extend the original SI Index to include specific questions on digital twins as a way to help the DT Hub to understand the maturity of its members and highlight areas which require support, discussion and development.

Establishing Baseline Maturity Towards the National Digital Twin

The results of the survey have now been released and Tom Hughes has analysed the results and produced a set of observations ready to be shared with the DT Hub community in the interview on the 24th November. The interview will be followed by a Q&A session.
