Arrival to your accommodation in January will take place between Monday 4 and Friday 8 January 2021 and you should aim to arrive at halls between 09.00-17.00 when our staff are available.
In order to safely manage the arrival process we have staggered arrival slots. You can select a morning or afternoon slot.
We are aware that a small number of you are required to have moved into your accommodation before 31 December for visa reasons. If this applies to you, we have arrival slots available Monday 14 – Friday 18 December between 09.00-17.00. If you do not need to arrive before the end of December, we ask that you do not choose one of these slots.
Due to the College Holiday Closure period (Saturday 19 December 2020 to Sunday 3 January 2021 inclusive, there will be very limited ability to facilitate your arrival at a different date. If arrival between 14-18 December or 4-8 January is not possible, please email student.arrivals@imperial.ac.uk. On arrival, please try and stick to your selected date and time as closely as possible and contact us as soon as you become aware of any delays.
