Sessions run at 10.30am, 11am and 11.30am BST via Zoom. By appointment only.

All our treatments are FREE and are conducted via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. Each treatment session is typically 20-30 minutes long.

ARC Spirit Spa is a popular event, spaces are limited. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel your booking so we can release the space to others. Thank you.

What do I do if I would like a Dream Interpretation?

If you are booking for Dream Interpretation, please email us your dream ahead of your session to arc.spirit.spa@gmail.com. Your Spirit Spa session is only 20 mins. Sending us your dream in advance will help you get the most out of the dream interpretation.

Here are a few things we would like you to include:

• Is your dream in full colour, muted colour or black and white?

• If you are to give your dream a title – a one line summary in no more than 7 words, what will that be?

• Is this a recurring dream? If so, how often do you have it? And when was the last time you had it?

• What were your predominant feeling / thought on waking up?

• Please write out your dream succinctly in under 300 words. If you know the name of the person(s) appearing in your dream, please include it.

• Please also include any colour(s) that stood out in your dream.

1. Where can I find the Zoom Meeting invite link for my appointment?

On receiving your booking, Eventbrite will send you an Order Confirmation.

We will send you an email Reminder 2 days before your appointment, and also 2 hours before your appointment on the day. Just click the red 'Access the Event' button, all the information you need including Zoom link, Meeting ID and Password, are there.

To ensure our communication reaches you, please add arc.spirit.spa@gmail.com to your Contact address book.

Please first check your spam box before contacting us if you cannot see your Order Confirmation or Reminders.
