About this event

Spirituality • Christianity

Thrive’25 is a first-of-its-kind series of conferences and events across five cities of Scotland, brought to you by The Business Connection, Transform Work and Solas CPC to inspire, connect and equip Christians to live the gospel in and through your workplace. These conferences build on the first Thrive Aberdeen in 2019 and the online Thrive 2020.

The events are designed to help you thrive by bringing together great speakers from the spheres of public leadership, workplaces, ministry and church leaders from across a range of sectors.

We have brought together local, national and international speakers to help you live your faith in a relevant and relatable way at work.

For the Edinburgh strand, we have:

  • Ros Loaker, CEO, Transform Work
  • Ken Janke, Co-founder City Table
  • Roy & Esther Tinklenberg, Founders, Work Movement Global (F&WM)
  • Mark Greene, Mission Champion, London Institute for Contemporary Christianity
  • Graeme Shanks, Pastor, Bruntsfield Evangelical Church
  • Gavin Matthews, Assistant Director (Scotland), Solas
  • Brent Haywood, Partner & Solicitor Advocate, Lindsays LLP
  • Patrick Brown, Programme Manager for Scotland, Trinity Forum Europe

With Programme Hosts:

  • Martyn Link, Managing Director, Link Advisory
  • Gabby Connell, Speaker, Presenter & Workshop Facilitator

The conferences will be taking place between 13th – 20th September 2025 in Glasgow, Inverness, Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh. We’d love to see you at one of these events.
