Each live webinar is free to join and will enable you to share and learn from your own and other healthcare professionals experiences. The sessions will equip you with the tools and resources you need to confidently manage challenging situations that may arise when caring for patients with palliative care needs.
You can expect to learn:
- To understand the underlying pharmacology of medicines used at end of life
- To know how to accurately prescribe anticipatory medicines
- To have a good understanding of symptom management at end of life and special situations
- To know your local specialist contacts and how to access specialist support out of hours
