You're opposite Lidl - can we park there?

Accepted Answer

NO! Please don't park in the Lidl car park - you will be ticketed as the duration of the event is longer than Lidl parking allows and they are very efficient at ticketing those who overstay. There is plenty of on-road parking surrounding the venue, and if busy, there is a car park nearby.

Question 2

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Whilst we are dog friendly, we do expect this event to be quite busy, so please only bring your pup if they can cope with networking hustle.

Question 3

I already attend the Shout Marketing Hub on a membership - do I still have to pay?

Accepted Answer

There is a supplement fee of £5 for any Shout Hub Members who are on a pay monthly membership. These will be cross referenced so please only select this if you already have your monthly membership set up.

Question 4

I hate having my picture taken - do I have to have mine done?

Accepted Answer

You absolutely do not have to have this done, but one thing you will hear from us is how important it is for you to be SEEN in your business, so we highly recommend having your mugshot done while you're here. It's included in the ticket price either way, so you may as well give it a go!

Question 5

Can I have a deduction on the ticket price if I don't want my picture done?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer any deductions on the ticket price, as we are encouraging you to get active with your marketing. The value of the event goes way beyond the bubbles and the profile picture, so we promise you will get great value from this session.

Question 6

I'm not very peopley though....

Accepted Answer

It's OK - we are your people. However a significant part of the session will be the marketing talk, so please don't feel that you have to be chit chatting for the entire duration.

Question 7

Do I have to attend Shout Marketing Hub to attend this event?

Accepted Answer

NO! We want to get local businesses from across our local community involved. We want you to meet other business owners just like you, so you can benefit from making great connections and who knows - even a collaboration or two!

Is this picture from a previous event?

Accepted Answer

This picture is from a recent Shout Marketing Hub Event - not from a Marketing & Mugshots event, so the format will differ from that pictured. This is the first of its kind! Exciting!

Question 9

How will my picture be provided?

Accepted Answer

Your picture will be provided in a digital format by Charlotte Cranwell Photography, shortly after the event has taken place. Please allow her some time to collate her snaps and get them over to you.

Question 10

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Accepted Answer

Sorry no. As the event is hosted by the wonderful Coffee & Canines all food and drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased or provided by Coffee & Canines. Please advise if you have any dietary preferences - Coffee & Canines offer an array of free from options.
