Whatever you feel comfortable in! Swimwear is advisable but not necessary, unless you want to take a refreshing dip at the end of the session.

Pool side shoes eg flip flops (outside shoes are not permitted) A drink for after the session. A change of clothing.. just incase!

Do I need to be able to swim?

No, we have 2 lifeguards on duty and staff in the water during the session for your safety and who will help you on and off your air bed.

Is this suitable for everyone?

Sound baths are generally safe and beneficial for all, However, they may not be suitable for those with sound sensitivities, epilepsy triggered by sound, if you’re pregnant, or have a pacemaker. For any other health concerns, please consult your GP before attending.
