4 sessions with Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo. Each session is 60 minutes and consists of two guided meditations and instruction. Anyone can practice meditation and everyone is welcome to attend.

1. Meditation and the power of positivity
What is happiness and where does it come from? In Buddhism what we mean by happiness is being at peace with ourself – a feeling of contentment. Learn how to distinguish external and internal causes of happiness and discover the source of happiness within.
2. Letting go of the past
Experience the freedom of letting go. Learn to let go of the painful emotions related to the past and find freedom from everyday feelings of frustration and irritation.
3. Overcoming craving & dissatisfaction
Craving is a thirsty, unhappy mind. Discontentment is an itchy uncomfortable mind. During this session Gen Nyingpo will explain methods how we can overcome craving and dissatisfaction and seek peace and satisfaction within.
4. Overcoming loneliness
Learn methods to help us deal with loneliness. Gen Nyingpo will explain positive ways of thinking and meditations that help to find freedom from feeling isolated and disconnected from others.
