About the Programme:

The Senior People Professional Apprenticeship is tailored to equip professionals with the expertise to lead people, work, and change agendas within organisations. These individuals act as internal champions of the people strategy—creating positive working cultures, developing capability, and driving organisational effectiveness.

Participants can choose one of three specialist pathways:

• Human Resource Management (HRM)

• Learning and Development (L&D)

• Organisational Development (OD)

This flexible, core-plus-specialism model enables alignment with both your business needs and the learner’s career aspirations.
