About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Children communicate in many ways from birth and all children will develop at their own rate. This programme will explore how communication and language develops from pregnancy to 5 years.

We will start with a live session delivered over Zoom where we will discuss the importance of pre-verbal communication in creating confident communicators, as well as sharing tips and ideas about supporting communication at home to help children grow into tiny talkers. This session will have lots of fun interactions for children and babies with activities, such as songs and stories throughout.

Following attending the live Zoom session, you will be given access to a range of additional resources , including videos with more ideas about how you can support your child’s communication and useful handouts.

Our family learning sessions are aimed at families, however we do make educators and other professionals welcome. We have promotional assets you can use to share our information with your own client base/families. For more information get in touch - emma.may@eyalliance.org.uk
