Coaching Skills for Research Impact Staff

Welcome to our online event dedicated to enhancing coaching skills for research impact staff. In this one day training course we explore methods and techniques for professional services staff to engage researchers using a coaching-informed approach. This is designed to move away from impact staff needing to know all the answers and instead provide approaches, frameworks, skills and techniques to explore researcher-led solutions. Whether you're a seasoned professional or new to impact or coaching, this event is perfect for anyone looking to take their skills to the next level. Register now and secure your spot!

The day will include sharing information and discussion of the different contexts for impact support and where coaching fits, but much of the day will be spent practising coaching techniques in small groups to equip participants to use the techniques in their roles.
