Cardiac Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) Online Support Group

Hosted by Cardiomyopathy UK Support Nurse Jayne Partridge, and co-facilitated by Cardiomyopathy UK and Amyloidosis UK, this session is for anyone affected by Cardiac Amyloidosis (ATTR-CM).

Jayne will host a session focused on ATTR-CM, followed by a general discussion and an opportunity to meet with others affected by the condition.

The session will take place using Zoom - a link and password will be sent to you prior to the meeting date.
