Therapeutic sound can have a wide range of health benefits and also help to boost your immune system by making you feel more grounded, balanced and connected with yourself.

No previous experience is needed, all will be explained beforehand. Why not try a new way to look after your wellbeing!

You will need to bring a yoga mat, pillow, 2 blankets, an eye covering and a bottle of water. It is important that you are comfortable and warm, so bring whatever you need.

I am a historical musician with around 40 years experience, and I am a fully qualified sound therapist from BAST and COSH. I play in a wide variety of beautiful venues in the local area and London with a strong connection between sound and nature. Other venues include Kew Gardens (3 years running), Wisley Gardens, Alice Holt Forest, retreat locations in Liss, Midhurst and Bosham.

Sessions will start prompt on the start time so please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to settle.

Contraindications: The soundbath sessions are not suitable for people with seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or early stages of pregnancy (1st trimester).
