What are the locations?

To be confirmed, but a college location for weeks 1 and 6 in the Solent area. The weeks in between could be hosted by your organisation.

Do I need specific entry criteria to join the course?

You don't need certain qualifications but you will be 5-10 years into your career in maritime, have had your first or second promotion, now have responsibility for a team/ budget or project (or any combination of the three) and be keen to progress further in your career.

Is the course in person or on line?

In person in a variety of organisations and locations over 6 weeks, on Wednesday mornings starting 5/11.

This is an introduction  to leadership and management concepts, you might choose to do a fully accredited qualification as your next step. You will also build your personal network of like minded individuals in the sector.
