Yn y sesiwn yma, byddwn yn ymchwilio sut gall rheolwyr ymgysylltu’n effeithlon gyda’u timau mewn byd rhithiol. Byddwn yn trafod y gwahanol broblemau a phwysau gweithio bell a sut y gall rheolwyr drin problemau rheoli perfformiad mewn modd sensitif, os oes rhai’n codi.

Byddwn hefyd yn ymchwilio’r gwahanol ddulliau a chynlluniau y mae sefydliadau’n eu defnyddio i gynnig cefnogaeth i gydweithwyr a all fod yn teimlo’n ynysig neu’n cael trafferthion gyda gweithio o bell. Fel bob amser, bwriedir i hon fod yn sesiwn ryngweithiol felly rydym yn edrych ymlaen at glywed gennych pa gynlluniau sydd wedi gweithio’n dda, a beth na weithodd yn dda, yn eich sefydliad yn ystod y cyfnodau clo.

In this session, we will explore how managers can effectively engage with their teams in a virtual world. We will discuss the various issues and pressures attached to remote working and how managers can sensitively handle performance management issues, should they arise.

We will also explore the different tools and initiatives used by organisations to offer support to colleagues who may be feeling isolated or are struggling with remote working. As always, this is intended to be an interactive session so we look forward to hearing from you on what initiatives have and haven’t worked well in your organisation during the lockdown period.
