About this event

We are very pleased to announce that this year’s conference will be held on Thursday 25th September and, once again, we’ll be at Convene, 155 Bishopsgate, London, close to Liverpool Street Station.

Following last year’s conference where we had a thread of sessions running through the day around “Time for Change”, this year’s theme is Thriving in Uncertainty.

Frequently asked questions

I have selected to pay by invoice. Where can I find my invoice?

Your booking confirmation will contain your invoice. Select the 'go to my tickets' button where you will be taken to a webpage to download your invoice (note this will not contain your tickets. See below)

Do I need to download a ticket?

No - please disregard any mention of tickets via Eventbrite. You will not need to bring this with you. We will have your badge printed and ready for your arrival. Please take note of the instructions regarding last minute name changes, below.

I can no longer attend. Can a colleague take my place?

Yes, name changes are accepted. Please log in to your Eventbrite account to change these details. Changes will need to be completed at the latest 48 hours ahead of the event. Should you have any last minute name changes, please email eventsteam@cgi.org.uk and we will do our best to facilitate.

I need to cancel my ticket and query a refund. What is the process for this?

Refunds will only be made for guests withdrawn by giving notice in writing no less than 30 days before the event. Refunds will be accepted with 30+ days notice in writing.

Will there be a cloakroom?

Yes, there will be a cloakroom available, free of charge

Where can I find my receipt?

If you have paid by card, a VAT receipt will be included in your confirmation email.
