Great mates, great movies and a great venue! We're bringing The Trails In Motion Film Tour to Fort William for 2025!

We'll be screening a fantastic selection of trail running movies from around the world in the beautiful Highland Theatre in Cameron Square.

Endurance, perserverance, mountains, rebirth and family are central to the themes of the 2025 Trails In Motion Film Tour line up.

Each of the 6 films offer an exciting and inspirational view into the world of trail and ultra running, all the while showcasing some of the planet's most breathtaking trail running destinations in the process.

The Trails In Motion Film Tour is an annual international film tour for the community, by the community, bringing a collection of the finest trail and ultra running films to passionate audiences around the world.

Join like-minded trail runners and adventure sports enthusiasts at an engaging film festival-styled event as we all come together to celebrate the diverse culture of the sport.

Can I pay on the door?

Unfortunately not as we need to know the number of attendees in the venue. Grab your ticket here on Eventbrite ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Will the films have subtitles?

Yes, although 4 of the 6 movies in Trails in Motion 13 are english language films, we've applied English language subtitles to all of our films in the UK. Don't worry about the sound quality though, we'll have top notch audio and the arches have great acoustics!

When should I arrive?

Registration will open at 6pm, and the movies will start at 7:30pm.

Will there be a break?

We have an intermission at 8:30pm approximately, because watching epic running films is thirsty work.

What time does the evening finish?

We'll be all wrapped up by 10:30pm from the point of view of the movies but the clubhouse is open a little later so don't feel the need to rush off if you fancy a drink and chat about the films and the adventures you're planning to have after watching them!
