Introduction to Own My Life course for professionals

The Own My Life education programme is designed to enable women to regain ownership of their lives after abuse.

This session will provide an introduction to the course, supporting you to make referrals for your clients and signpost to this new support option being offered by Cyfannol Women's Aid.

Initially run online, our Own My Life groups will provide a safe space for women to meet together to make sense of what has been done to them, discover their strengths and develop the skills to move forward.
