Beginnings and endings in coaching -measuring Impact - Virtual Coaching CPD

This CPD session will be valuable for all coaches. When you have been coaching for a while, it can be really useful to take stock and consider how you might want to develop as a coach in the future. If a coaching assignment is set up well, it can make a huge impact on the success of the whole assignment but all too often, we don’t feel the impact of a ‘poor beginning’ until well into the coaching process. This session will cover:

• How to ensure all coaching assignments are set up and closed down according to best practice and the possible challenges if not done effectively.

• The ideal way to involve a sponsor for maximum impact.

• How to handle some tricky scenarios that might arise.

• Ensuring it’s possible assess the impact of coaching and have a successful ‘ending’.

Don’t worry if you haven’t done any coaching in a while, these sessions offer a great way of getting back in the coaching zone.

This event will take place via Zoom, an easy-to-use virtual meetings platform. If you are joining from your desktop, you do not need to download Zoom, you can simply join from your browser! You will be able to see the Zoom link once you sign up to the session.
