Yoga mats and blankets are provided but you may wish to bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort - anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour but please don’t bring inflatable beds, treatment tables or reclining garden furniture. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
