The unique Perinatal Comfort Zone group programme (PCZ) is a 12 week psychoeducation support group which provides a structured, empathetic approach for parents experiencing anxiety or depression during pregnancy, birth and beyond. The Perinatal Comfort Zone group programme offers a structured, practical and experiential approach to learning, within a safe, supportive environment. The programme content can also be used to support parents on an individual basis.
