Lifeboat offers a series of lunchtime seminars which are ideal for peer support workers and other practitioners supporting parents with their mental health during pregnancy, birth and beyond. Follow us for more information on future seminars.
We will be running these short seminars once a month and have a variety of topics lined up. However, if you have a particular topic you would like to discuss around perinatal mental health then we would love to hear from you. Just contact us on info@lifeboatpmh.com.
Designed by parents, peer supporters and clinicians, each thought-provoking seminar offers a chance to explore a particular topic and share thoughts and ideas. Topics are evidence based and have been tried and tested over many years, so you can confidently put knowledge into practice.
Please note that places are limited as we prefer to run small groups so that there is time to share your thoughts, questions and experiences.
