Step into a yoga experience unlike anything you've encountered before—where movement meets multisensory immersion.
Held in the awe-inspiring Central Hall of the museum, our dynamic flow classes unfold within a breathtaking 270-degree projection of colour, film, and music. This enveloping environment is designed to elevate your awareness, deepen your connection to the present moment, and transform each pose into a journey of body and mind.
Led by the intuitive and experienced instructor, Maz, you'll be guided through a fluid sequence that honours the natural rhythm of your body. With thoughtful modifications and progressions offered throughout, the class is welcoming and beneficial for all levels—from curious beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Each week introduces a new spiritual or philosophical theme, offering a meaningful anchor for your practice and inviting reflection beyond the mat. This is more than just yoga—it’s a space to explore inner stillness, cultivate strength, and awaken your senses.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, towel, water bottle.
Join us for a class where movement, sound, and art converge—creating a truly immersive experience that nourishes both body and soul.
Tickets are also available to purchase direct from the museum either in person or by calling 01604 526322, Tuesday – Sunday 10am – 5pm, Sunday 12 – 5pm.
Classes can be booked individually for £8.80 per class (plus Eventbrite booking fee)
