An Evening of Italian Flavours, Fun & Flour!
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the art of pasta-making and the joy of Italian dining, hosted by the wonderful Carmela Sereno Hayes and proudly sponsored by Filippo Berio.
What to Expect:
Welcome Prosecco
Start the evening with a chilled glass of Prosecco to set the tone.
Pasta-Making Workshop
Under Carmela’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to make traditional semola pasta from scratch. Shape your dough into a variety of southern Italian styles—cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, and spizzulus—and take your creations home to cook and enjoy.
Live Pesto Demonstration
Watch Carmela prepare two fresh pestos—ricotta & basil and roasted pepper—using the traditional pestle and mortar method. Served with crunchy breadsticks for dipping.

· Bruschetta topped with pan-fried mushrooms
