About this event

The majority of people living with dementia live in their own home. This short workshop looks at:

• The benefits of the home environment for people living with dementia• The challenges for people living of staying in their own home• The factors that can help people remain independent in their own home• Further support for making a home an enabling environment

This training is free. Sessions are limited to 16 participants. Organisations may send more than one participant: these must be registered separately and if there is excess demand, a cap of two participants per organisation may be applied. If you would like to organise a video conference session for your whole group at a different time, please email dementiatraining@agescotland.org.uk

The session will take place via video conference and the joining instructions will be sent to you in advance of the session.
